Do I need to change my phone number or carrier?
Not at all. You keep your existing business number and your current provider. Our system simply "watches" for missed calls on your line; when one happens, it instantly sends a professional text from a dedicated NeuralPulse mobile number to start the conversation with your customer.
How much time do I need to spend managing this?
Almost zero. We designed NeuralPulse to be "Software-with-a-Service." We handle the setup, the technical configuration, and the carrier approvals. Once it's live, it runs 24/7 in the background. Your only job is to jump into the conversation when the customer texts back that they want a quote.
What is "A2P" and why do you handle it for me?
A2P (10DLC) is a legal requirement by mobile carriers to ensure business texts aren't marked as spam. It involves a bit of paperwork and a background verification process. We handle the entire registration for you as part of our "white-glove" onboarding so you don't have to deal with the technical headache.
Is there a long-term contract?
